Scope of Work
This Project included removing a 30 year old concrete tile roof that had become unrepairable and building back a brand new Asphalt Shingle Roof. Brand new 6" Gutter were also installed. This home includes Attic Breeze Solar Fans for Ventilation, and its all built over a brand new Tech Shield Deck.
